Both environments take the same requests. Tokens are separate: log in to each one with that environment’s user.

The Try it console

Each reference page has a Try it console that calls the API straight from your browser.

• It uses QA by default.
• Production is only offered for read-only endpoints. Anything that starts dialing, sends a text, or creates payments or agreements can only be tried against QA from these docs.
• Your token is kept in your browser tab only (session storage) and is sent to nothing but the API you selected.

QA may be scaled down outside working hours. If the console shows a network error or HTTP 503, try again later or contact DCDial support.
